To remain in the source is to remain in the truth.

truth is the highest perception and the single understanding that all is one

that there is no separation.

that there is no subject and object

that the physical reality as you see it is not the true thing but temporal in nature and contrary to the truth.

the truth is non-dual

this truth is the source of all understanding

Remain in the source

The source of all knowledge and understanding.

The ultimate truth.

The void

What is life but the flow of knowingness of every experience in your consciousness
What is life but the knowing of being drawn in and out of infinite worlds of thought
What is life but the knowing of movement and stillness
What is life but the knowing of flow and restriction
What is life but the knowing of the whole and its parts
What is life but the knowing of blood and body
What is life but the knowing of the tree of knowledge of good and evil and the tree of life
Infinitely knowing, infinitely flowing, majestic, glorious and always present.

What was there when you were born into this world?
What was there when you first tasted your mother's milk?
What was there when you created your first memory?
What was there when you made your first decision?
What was there when you formed your first images of yourself?
What was there when you first thought to be like your hero?
What was there when you shaped your thoughts to the standards of the world?
What was there throughout your emotional journey?
What was there throughout your search for happiness?
What was there when you realised this world will only pass?
What was there when you search for truth?
What was there when you realised that it was always there since the beginning?
What has remained unchanged since the beginning? 
What has remained unchanged and present at all times from the very beginning?
Only you can figure that out yourself?

You can start with the most important question you will ever ask. 

Who Am I?

All within you.

Jesus says:(1) “If those who lead you say to you: ‘Look, the kingdom is in the sky!’ then the birds of the sky will precede you.
(2) If they say to you: ‘It is in the sea,’ then the fishes will precede you.
(3) Rather, the kingdom is inside of you and outside of you.”
(4) “When you come to know yourselves, then you will be known, and you will realize that you are the children of the living Father.
(5) But if you do not come to know yourselves, then you exist in poverty, and you are poverty.”

To know the truth
Is to know freedom
Is to know your true self
Our minds create the concept of separateness
Our mind create the concept of otherness
To the extent that we say the Kingdom of God is here or there
The kingdom is inside you and outside you
Know yourself
the unchangeable self
The 'I am'
the I beyond all senses
the I beyond all thoughts
the I beyond all emotions
the I beyond all objective experience
Know that 'I am '

Resisting reality

many times
 I've resisted the
 "what is'' of life.
 the reality of life
 Not accepting 
 things I observe
 The behaviors I see
 Youths wasting their strength 
 Dawdling the neighborhoods
 looking for excitement
 Seduced
 by scents of cheap cigarette
 Craving the next sip of illegal liquor
 Energized by the next beat from their portable speakers
 escaping the Boredom.
 In their own world
 Forming an identity to belong

 I observe
 People and their conduct 
 towards the environment
 They litter
 the neighborhoods
 the streets
 With rubbish
 They care less about cleanliness
 Hygiene, Nature
 I dislike it
 I resist the thought
 that things are not happening
 the way it should
 People not behaving the way they should
 I harbor 
 Feelings of Non-acceptance
 I do not accept this negativity
 I loathe at the lack of respect
 Respect for life, 
 Respect for one another
 why don't people be happy?
 why don't people care?
 why don't people love?

 But reality says
 That's life
 And that's how it is
 Should I find myself lost in these thoughts?
 these feelings?
 they are just that
 just thoughts and feelings
 Reality is 'what is' right now
 noticing, knowing
 being aware of life as it is
 right now
 It doesn't benefit anyone
 to fight my own thoughts
 my own emotions
 to resist reality
Therefore
 I choose love
 I choose life

Generations come

Generations come
 Then they go
 Family names go
 As long as they could
 To everyone who
 Carry my family name
 If there is anything
 Of value
 I could give
 It is this
 Search for truth
 Search for the I am
 Search for who you are
 with all your heart
 Find it in you
 once you have found it
 it will set you free
 as if you've been awaken
 from a dream
 live by this understanding
 every moment
 everywhere
 wisdom follows truth
 peace follows understanding
 knowing is not what you do
 It is what you are
 be aware of life
 love God 
 live by the truth
 goodness and mercy
 will follow you always

Then I pass on to eternal rest

The place I yearn to know

In peace

In love

Where it all began

Where it all ends

Yet eternally present

Imaginations are just imaginations

All from the mind

But the absolute

I already know

not of concept 

But of experience

of knowing

a transition of form

into formlessness

of letting go

of all accumulations

free of time

free of space

there in eternity

union with God

Before beginning

It was there before the beginning
 Filling the entire existence
 There is nothing else besides it
 There are no dimensions
 Because it is filled entirely
 Yet there is no space
 No time
 No future
 No past
 No ''here and there''
 No ''up or down''
 Filled entirely with pure light
 No comparisons can be made
 of small or large
 of near or far
 no forms
 formless and void
 spacious and available
 fully present
 And then out of it,
leaps the beginning 
 of all forms
